Fall Foliage and Snow Near Twin Lakes

For all of September and during this early part of October, I have spent countless hours in the mountains photography colorful fall foliage in the Rocky Mountains. On one unseasonably cold and snowy morning on Highway 82, a few miles west of Twin Lakes, I snapped this photo of snow and bright orange aspens with Lake Creek running below. Wowwee! -Steve
